Knoxx Inc. can be reached via our contact form regarding shipping arrangements. Many large items can be delivered or scheduled for pickup. Otherwise, smaller items may be delivered via our online shipping rate. We utilize UPS for our shipping processor.

Refund Policy
- Time – You must request a refund within 30 days from the time purchase to request a refund.
- Method of refund – Refunds will be made to the same form of payment used for the original order.
- Product condition – Items must be new in box/unopened/like new in order to return.

- Charges – Unless you are returning the item because it was damaged during shipping, has a manufacturer’s error, or you received the wrong item, you need to pay return shipping and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
